Why hasn’t my withdrawal arrived?

I’ve made a withdrawal but haven’t received my funds. Why?
Transferring funds to another service or wallet involves three steps:

1. Withdrawal request on EarnPark

Once you make a withdrawal request, the EarnPark platform usually processes it within 1-2 minutes (except for BTC withdrawals, which are processed once a day as mentioned in the BTC withdrawal window). If after 10 minutes you do not see the transaction ID in the transaction history, we may be experiencing technical difficulties. Rest assured that we are already working on it and will try to process it ASAP. Nevertheless, keep in mind it can take up to several hours.

2. Blockchain network confirmation

Normally, a TxID (Transaction ID / Transaction Hash) will be generated within 1-5 minutes, indicating that EarnPark has successfully broadcasted the withdrawal transaction. As soon as the transaction is created, you will be able to see the TxID (Transaction ID / Transaction Hash ) in the transaction history. At this point, the transaction will be pending (unconfirmed). If all goes well, the transaction will be confirmed by the network, and you will receive funds. However, it might still take some time for that particular transaction to be confirmed and even longer for the funds to be finally credited into the destination wallet. The number of network confirmations varies for different blockchains.
Due to possible network congestion, there might be a significant delay in your transaction’s processing. You may use the transaction ID (TxID) to look up the status of the asset transfer using a blockchain explorer.
Note: If the blockchain explorer indicates your transaction is unconfirmed, please wait for the confirmation process to be completed. The time may vary depending on the blockchain network. If the TxID has not been generated 6 hours after you clicked the confirmation button in the email, contact our customer support. Don’t forget to attach the screenshot of the relevant transaction from your transaction history. Please make sure you have provided detailed information, so our customer service agent can assist you in a timely manner.

3. Deposit on the corresponding platform

If the blockchain explorer shows that the transaction is already confirmed, it means that your funds have been sent out successfully. In this case, we are unable to provide any further assistance. You will need to contact the owner/support team of the destination address to seek further help.

What is Blockchain confirmation?

Blockchain confirmation happens when a network processes a transaction. This indicates how many blocks have passed since your transaction appeared on the blockchain. Once your transaction ends up in the completed block, it receives a confirmation. The more confirmations, the higher the security level, and the faster it will be processed.

Why do we need it?

To avoid the risks of double-spending (when the same token is spent more than once), the transaction won’t be completed until a certain number of confirmations is reached.

How to monitor confirmation progress?

Each transaction in the blockchain has a progress bar that shows the confirmation progress. You can check your transaction confirmation status using the transaction ID (TxHash/txid/Hash) from your wallet’s transaction history. Simply copy Tx into the relevant currency explorer searching bar.

Why is my transaction taking so long to be confirmed?

The transaction confirmation delays can be caused by high transaction volume in blockchain. Such a thing happens due to the high market activity, leading to an increased number of transactions.

Can I cancel the crypto transaction?

If your transaction is pending on the wallet provider's side and is not yet in the blockchain, you can cancel it. Please write to [email protected].
If your transaction is already in the blockchain, it cannot be canceled.
Please be advised: We can not influence the speed of the confirmation process; The transaction’s confirmation time may vary based on the conditions of the corresponding network.
