Why was my transaction rejected?

1. AML program

We will automatically verify the wallet you used to send funds to the Earnpark platform. If the risk ratio of your funds exceeds our critical value, the system will mark the transaction as suspicious. In this case
  • transaction status on the platform will be marked as Rejected
  • we will notify you about the verification and that the transaction was rejected
  • funds will not be transferred to wallets that participate in strategies
  • you will be able to withdraw funds from your account
You will also be able to make a deposit from another wallet, preferably one that has no transactions associated with the rejected one, to avoid a second failed attempt.
By accepting illicit funds, you may be allowing criminals to use your services for illegal activities. Make sure your funds are clean.
We screen crypto wallets and transactions for connections to illicit activities. This is required to comply with supervisory authorities and can protect you from fraudsters and subsequent blocking.
We check the address against different databases, identify suspicious transactions, and evaluate the risks.
By accepting funds from suspicious wallets, we run the risk of regulatory actions from supervisory authorities.
Even if this may not occur, your custodian wallet, and consequently Earnpark’s wallets, could be associated with illicit funds. Consequently, our reputation may be jeopardized for an extended period. And what happens on the blockchain stays on the blockchain forever.

2. Other reasons

We automatically perform a compliance check on funds sent as part of a particular strategy to the Earnpark platform.
If the transaction matches one of the rejection reasons, the system will mark the transaction.
In this case:
  • transaction status on the platform will be flagged as Rejected
  • we will notify you that the transaction was declined
  • funds will not be transferred to wallets that participate in strategies
  • you can withdraw funds from your account after emailing us at [email protected].
Possible reasons for rejecting transactions:
  • The platform does not support the asset on the network where we received the funds. For example, when depositing ETH, in the ERC-20 network, you accidentally sent any other token using the same network.
  • The strategy for the received asset has a hard cap, and you sent more than the strategy can accept at the current time.
