# EarnPark Protocol at TOKEN2049

EarnPark presented the EarnPark Protocol on the Startup Stage at TOKEN2049 Singapore in October 2026.

### How a share works

Illustrative example. You put in $100 and get 1 share. The liquidity wallet smart contract allocates the capital across exchange accounts and a DeFi protocol: $40, $30 and $30.

Illustrative example. The positions earn $4, $3 and $3. The total grows to $110, and so does the share price. Your share is worth exactly what's in the box.

### Open to everyone

Anyone, including you or an AI agent, can look inside at any time. Individual positions stay private.

### Who confirms the price

The share price isn't set by EarnPark. It is confirmed by 11 validators: independent operators who stake PARK and run verification software. The example shows 7 of 11 confirmations.

Validators stake PARK to join and are paid for the work: 50% of the management fee goes to validators.

### Why no promised rate

Dynamic yield, shared risk. There is no promised rate, so you get the whole result, not a cap. 80% of profit goes to you and 20% to EarnPark. No profit means no 20%. A 2% management fee is always charged. Withdrawals are made on request, subject to each strategy's terms.
